Wonderkid Adam Ondra, 11-years-young, has done his second 8b+, Bu-bu-bu at Sloup, Mor. kras. Adam moves to #8 in the world ranking with 11905 points. Is there any other sport where a 11-year-old can be top-10 in the world?

Zero Gravity Climbing Teammates Cicada Jenerik (age 10) and Simon Benkert (age 14) had a productive week in Maple Canyon, Utah.

On 07.20.04, Cicada sent Captain Bullet, 7c+/8a (5.13a/b) to become the Youngest Female (and Youngest American) to climb this grade (10 years 149 days).

She followed this up the next day with Rucksack Wanderer, 7c+. In addition, she sent Predator, 7c (5.12d) 3rd try and a few other 5.12s either Onsight or 2nd go. Cicada was this years USA Climbing National Champion for the 11- division.

Simon Benkert fired off A Wyoming Sheep Shagger, 8b (5.13d) and 10 other 5.13s during the week, most within a couple of attempts. On two separate days he climbed three 5.13s in a day. Simon is also on the USA Climbing team and will be competing at the Youth World Championships in Scotland this September.
